Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop and maintain 3D models and shop drawings for client submissions and construction.

You will use BIM software (primarily Revit) to keep models up to date, generate 2D drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and company standards. The role requires attention to detail and coordination with sub-contractors; located in Tampines, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience in contractor, consultant or outsource service provider.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
