WeRecruit Pte Ltd, Singapore, seeks a BIM Coordinator to manage 2D/3D drawings, BIM documentation and model coordination across the project lifecycle. You will work closely with contractors, consultants and the project team to resolve design discrepancies and ensure BIM standards are met.

The role involves site inspections, quality control, EHS compliance and timely communication of information to stakeholders on site in Singapore. Immediate project involvement is required.

Formación

• Experience coordinating BIM models across design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Proficient in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate BIM, technical drawing, quality control and site supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with subcontractors, consultants and project teams to resolve design coordination issues and technical discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, ensuring drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Manage drawing revisions, maintain updated BIM documentation and ensure timely communication of technical information to relevant parties.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and site progress against project requirements and deadlines.
• Implement quality management procedures, maintain inspection and testing records, analyse results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure BIM standards and LOD requirements are followed throughout drawing production and model coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, quality requirements and EHS procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, final checks and handover documentation.
• Monitor quality performance and support project targets for client satisfaction, CONQUAS and QM assessments.
• Perform additional project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
