CATIG Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Specialist to support civil, structural and architectural 3D modeling and drawings submissions.

You will update construction models to reflect as-built status, prepare 3D models for temporary facilities, and coordinate with project teams to resolve details and provide clear BIM deliverables. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years in BIM modeling is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in BIM modeling work.
• Involved in Civil, Structural & Architectural 3D modeling and 2D drawings submissions.
• Responsible for BIM modelling and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Update the BIM model to reflect construction and as-built status.
• Assist in Civil, Structural & Architectural 3D/2D drawings submissions.
• Prepare the 3D model for temporary facilities.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members for clarifications.
