The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a BIM Designer to join its Singapore team, based at Ubi.

You will develop, maintain and update Building Information Models for project execution, and produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings to meet project requirements. Responsibilities include generating 2D drawings, schedules and documentation for tender/construction, coordinating with architects, engineers and managers, performing clash detection, and ensuring BIM standards are followed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling, drafting, or similar role in construction/building industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion or similar.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, especially for public industrial and hyperscale data centres.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
