Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in construction, façade, aluminium, or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and clash detection.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP or façade works.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction docs from BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects and engineers to resolve design clashes.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM software.
• Update BIM models to reflect design revisions and as-built conditions.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Extract schedules, quantities, and material information from BIM models when required.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and site teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain document control and version management of BIM files.
• Support planning, fabrication, and site installation through accurate modelling.
