Job summary

ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BIM professional to support project teams across all BIM aspects, producing shop drawings in Revit and coordinating information from 3D models.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with engineering teams and clients. With a focus on architectural and structural drawings, you will contribute to tender bids, handovers, and on-site coordination, ensuring drawings meet requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Specialist Diploma or certification in BIM Management (or equivalent).
• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office.
• Good design sense, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, consultants, contractors and specialists.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, with sound industry knowledge.
