Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop, maintain and update Building Information Models for project execution.

You will produce accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings, support tender and construction with documentation, and collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project compliance. • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience in construction/building industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings as required.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documents from BIM models for tender/construction.
• Ensure drawings/models are documented and ready for submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, PMs and stakeholders for design accuracy.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to resolve conflicts.
• Support site coordination activities as needed.
• Assist Sales during pre-sales presentations and post-sales discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards per company/project requirements.

Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Working hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry.
