Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM specialist in Singapore to develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, and to produce construction documentation for tender and project execution.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers, conduct model reviews and clash detection, and support site coordination and pre/post-sales activities, ensuring BIM standards and project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Building Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience in the construction/building industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, building codes, construction methods, and BIM coordination workflows.
• Experience with industrial or hyperscale data centre projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
