Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architectural BIM Specialist to join a project team at Bukit Merah. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models and drawings to meet project standards and deliverables.

You will manage room books, floor plans, elevations, and sections while collaborating with structural and M&E disciplines. A degree in architecture or related field and 3–5 years of BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural / Civil & Structural / Electrical & Mechanical.
• 3–5 years of BIM modelling experience in architectural works.
• Proficient in Room Book.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update architectural BIM models and drawings per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Prepare and manage architectural documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and room books/schedules.
• Coordinate BIM models with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to identify clashes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure model accuracy.
• Support BIM coordination activities, drawing extraction, model updates, and documentation deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary: $3800 - $5500

5 Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Working location: Bukit Merah

Experience in Architectural Works

• Develop, maintain, and update architectural BIM models and drawings in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and established modelling protocols.

• Prepare and manage architectural documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and room books/schedules.

• Coordinate BIM models with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to identify clashes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure model accuracy.

• Support BIM coordination activities, drawing extraction, model updates, and documentation deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical

• 3–5 years of BIM modelling experience in architectural works

• Proficient in Room Book
