Job summary

Aedas is seeking a BIM Manager to join their expanding team in Singapore. You will work closely with Architects and team members, ensuring project completion in accordance with BIM guidelines and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Architecture, a minimum of 3 years industry experience, and proficiency in Autodesk's Building Design Suite, particularly Revit. A competitive salary and attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience.
• At least 3 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans.
• Ensure projects comply with BIM guidelines and government regulations.
• Manage implementation of BIM tools and processes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans;
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;
• Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;
• Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience;
• At least 3 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience;
• At least 2-4 completed Revit projects;
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.
