Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years BIM (REVIT) project experience.
• At least 2–4 completed Revit projects.
• Experience with Autodesk Building Design Suite including Revit Architecture and Autodesk Revit Certified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed design and technical drawings and statutory documentation for complex project packages.
• Coordinate design documentation across disciplines and resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Manage and update BIM models in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and support regulatory submissions and coordinate technical responses.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to documentation quality.

Job Summary

Leads the development and coordination of complex documentation and BIM models. Acts as a key resource for technical detailing, authority submissions and resolving design coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with regulatory submission standards and digital submission workflows.

Requirements & Attributes

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years industry experience.
• At least 5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience.
• At least 2-4 completed Revit projects.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification–Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.
