Job summary

SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING CO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a diligent BIM Modeller to develop and manage detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for Singapore's next major infrastructure project. You will ensure accuracy, coordination across teams, and compliance with project standards.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, 2–3 years’ drafting and BIM experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Bentley.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering, architecture or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on drafting and BIM modelling for infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bentley software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for the project in compliance with company and authority standards
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to resolve design clashes and implement revisions
• Ensure accurate, real‑time documentation and coordinate seamless data integration within the internal project network

About the Role

Play a critical role in bringing Singapore's next major infrastructure project to life — one precise model at a time. As BIM Modeller, you'll develop and manage the detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models that keep the project on track, accurate, and fully coordinated across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for the project in compliance with company and authority standards
• Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to resolve design clashes and implement revisions
• Ensure accurate, real‑time documentation and coordinate seamless data integration within the internal project network

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in drafting and BIM modelling for infrastructure or construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bentley software
• Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
