Job summary

MASTER CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and update BIM models and produce drawings from BIM data. You will coordinate with consultants and site teams to resolve clashes and support construction using BIM information.

The role requires formal BIM training and at least 2 years of coordination or management experience in large projects, with a solid grasp of BEP, LOD, and local Singapore standards including BCA, HDB, and IDD requirements.

Qualifications

• Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification).
• Firm foundation in drawing creation – BIM, Revit, Navisworks, Sketch-up, AutoCad software / CAD and general computer skills.
• Possess at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm of a large project.

Job description

BIM Modeller (Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities:

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in BIM software such as:

• Autodesk Revit (Structural and Architectural train)
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD

Ability to Prepare

• 3D BIM models
• Shop drawings
• Construction sequencing models
• Clash detection reports
• As-built models

Knowledge Requirements

• BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• LOD requirements
• Coordination workflows
• Document control systems
• Understanding of architectural, structural, and M&E drawings
• Construction methodology
• Local standards and codes
• Singapore authority requirements, including:
• Building and Construction Authority (BCA)B
• HDB BIM requirements
• Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) requirements

Preferred Experience

• Experience in HDB PBU projects will be an advantage.
