M&E Company in Woodlands is seeking a BIM Modeller to support project teams by developing, maintaining, and coordinating accurate 3D models and technical shop drawings for ACMV/M&E projects using Autodesk Revit.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in MEP Engineering or BIM certification, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and 2–3 years of BIM modelling experience. Familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360 is advantageous. 5.5-day work week and salary SGD 3,500–4,800.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in MEP Engineering or BIM certification.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or cloud collaboration platforms such as ACC or BIM 360 is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of BIM modelling experience within Construction and Engineering sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update detailed 3D BIM models and intelligent families in Autodesk Revit to support project design accuracy.
• Produce precise 2D and 3D shop drawings, layout plans, and material schedules to facilitate construction and installation.
• Coordinate and integrate model data across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure design consistency.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design clashes through clash detection workflows to improve project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and authority submission requirements.
• Work independently with attention to detail to maintain project progress and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to support project objectives.

Job Summary

Support project teams by developing, maintaining, and coordinating accurate 3D models and technical shop drawings for commercial, specialised industrial, infrastructure, and residential ACMV /M&E projects using Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed 3D BIM models and intelligent families in Autodesk Revit to support project design accuracy
