Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Full-time ACMV/MEP BIM Technician at Promenade, Singapore. You will prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings from as-built data and project requirements.

You will ensure drawings meet specifications, coordinate with project team, support BIM modelling, and assist in records and project closeout.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling.
• Experience in ACMV shop drawings and BIM coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ACMV shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with the project team to update and amend drawings for project coordination.
• Support MEP BIM modelling and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing and organising BIM and project records.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion and other assigned duties.
