Job summary

JENDA E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop detailed 3D models and 2D documentation across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines in Singapore.

You will coordinate across disciplines, resolve clashes with Navisworks, and ensure models comply with BEP and regulatory requirements. You will update models with site information and prepare as-built drawings at project handover.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, plus a degree in engineering or architecture, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Experience in construction or building services is usually required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) for Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Perform interdisciplinary coordination, identify clashes using Navisworks, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly update models with site information and revisions, and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Create and manage BIM library objects (families).

Key Responsibilities:
Modeling & Drafting:Develop detailed 3D modelsand 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) for Architectural,Structural, or MEP disciplines.
Clash Detection & Coordination:Performinterdisciplinary coordination, identify clashes using Navisworks, and resolveconflicts.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP),industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Updates & Maintenance:Regularly update modelswith site information and revisions, and compile as-built drawings upon projectcompletion.
Family Creation:Create and manage BIMlibrary objects (families).

Required Qualifications & Skills:Software Proficiency:Strong knowledge ofAutodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Technical Knowledge:Ability to interpretarchitectural, structural, and M&E engineering drawings.
Education/Experience:Bachelor Degree inEngineering, Architecture, or related fields. Experience in construction orbuilding services is usually required.
