Job summary

SINGAPORE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM model activities for various construction projects in Singapore. You will work closely with design teams, conduct clash detection, and prepare documents for project execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Architectural Drafting and have a minimum of 3 years of BIM-related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential, along with strong time management and communication skills.

Job Summary

Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for Architectural, Civil & Structural projects, including clashdetection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify and resolveconflicts.
• Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage to supportproject execution.
• Check and verify BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Assist BIM and project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving BIM-related issues promptly.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Architectural, Civil & Structural BIM model-related projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications.
• Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD).
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
