Job summary

PURETECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Draughtsperson to produce BIM drawings and M&E shop drawings for multiple services. The role requires coordinating with engineers and project staff to review models and implement changes.

You will check drawings, prepare BOMs based on BIM, and liaise with the Project Manager on submissions and approvals. The position demands a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least three years’ experience in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Construction/ M&E industry.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, MicroStation or EPLAN.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM drawings/drafting documents for one or more services.
• Produce M&E shop drawings according to requirements.
• Coordinate with professional staff on reviewing models and comments.
• Make necessary changes in drawings as per team comments.
• Check M&E drawings for accuracy.
• Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings.
• Update shop-drawing list and support project team on submissions.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services
• Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements
• Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
• Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members
• Checking of M&E Drawings
• Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
• Update Shop-Drawing list Supporting Project Team on shop-drawing submission
• Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
• Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval
• Others as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction/ M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc.
• Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical)
• Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit /Microstation / Eplan software etc.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
