Job summary

IC Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled BIM/Draughting professional to create accurate Revit (BIM) models and AutoCAD/MicroStation drawings for civil, structural, and geotechnical projects in Singapore.

The role involves developing plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings with precise annotation for tender and construction, coordinating across multiple projects, and ensuring timely submission to authorities using Corenet X. 3+ years of BIM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM and drafting experience in LTA and/or PUB projects.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation and Microsoft suites.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Corenet X submissions.
• Attentive to details.
