Job summary

T.Y. Line International Engineering Consulting (China) Co., Ltd. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support BEP updates, model coordination, and data exchanges in Singapore.

The role requires collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BIM coordination, strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or model management.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.
• Experience in airport projects is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.
• Coordinate design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with BIM standards and LOD.
• Review and manage data exchange of models to ensure completeness and quality.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
• Support submission of BIM models and drawings to local authorities.
• Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
• Support BIM Manager in driving BIM workflows, standards enforcement, and deliverables management.
