Job summary

WSG ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Modeller & Draughtsman to develop detailed 3D BIM models and create precise 2D drawings in line with Singapore regulations. You’ll collaborate with project stakeholders, manage clashes, and maintain BIM models across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong Revit skills, good drafting ability, and familiarity with Singapore BIM practices. You will support tender activities, submissions, and site meetings, contributing to smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and create accurate 3D models.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving abilities for clash detection and resolution.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• A relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or drafting is preferred.
• Previous experience in BIM modeling or drafting in the Singapore construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models of building projects.
