LAUD ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to handle modeling and detailing, extracting drawings from specialists and converting to BIM Manual standards. The role supports alignment with compliance and execution of BIM processes.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist in submission, tender and construction drawings, and communicate across the organization to ensure accurate BIM delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: a specialist diploma in BIM.
At least 1-2 years of experience in BIM Modeling.
Possess relevant knowledge of building projects.
Have good written and oral communication skills.
Able to communicate at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Responsible for BIM Modeling and detailing, including extracting drawings from specialists and converting to BIM Manual standards.
