Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to create BIM content and extract production documents for BIM-assisted projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will assist BIM Coordinators in building models, libraries and deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication, ensuring models are correctly parameterised for quantity take-off and 4D simulations.

Qualifications

• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in BIM / Architecture or equivalent.
• 2-3 years BIM Modelling experience in building construction and project execution.
• Must be proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and exciting process procedures and workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast paced organisation.
• Has experience in Archi / Interior Fit-Out Revit and creating families.
