Job summary

ZHENG KENG ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking drafting professionals to support project drawings from conception to submission. You will create conceptual models, scale drawings, and technical plans for civil, structural and electrical works, using Revit where needed.

Role involves producing cost estimates with Revit schedules, modelling MEP services, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors on progress and variations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, conceptual design and model for project drawings
• Draft and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities for approval
• Produce technical plans for civil, structural and electrical buildings and structures
• Produce costing with Revit schedules
• Modelling MEP services using Revit
• Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications and standard
• Liaise with consultants and sub-con on work progress and variations
