Job summary

HUA CHEN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled BIM drafter to develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software for M&E projects in Singapore. You will analyze project specs and collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure high precision and adherence to standards.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of drafting experience in M&E construction in Singapore and be proficient with Revit and Navisworks, with experience on HDB/Condo projects highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Complete at least 2 HDB/Condo Project.
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for M&E construction in Singapore.
