Job summary

LIAN TONG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced BIM Drafter to develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software in Singapore. The role collaborates with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure precision and industry standards.

You will analyze project specs, layouts and design requirements, manage drawing records, and support resolving design challenges during project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience for M&E construction in Singapore.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks).
