Job summary

PAL-LINK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM engineer to perform drawing work using Building Information Modelling (BIM). You will report to the manager or engineer in charge and execute tasks related to modeling updates and architectural changes.

The role requires experience with Revit Archi and M&E modelling, plus at least 3 years working on Condo/HDB/LTA projects. You will ensure BIM protocol compliance and collaborate with stakeholders on project goals and BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Revit Archi.
• Experience in M&E Modelling.
• At least 3 years on Condo/HDB/LTA projects.

Responsibilities

• Use BIM to perform drawing works and model updates.
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform assigned tasks.
• Monitor modeling and inform Project Manager of any architectural changes.
• Ensure BIM protocol is followed on all construction projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project goals and BIM processes.
• Identify and document construction planning, drawing and management processes.
• Coordinate data modeling, management processes, and the project team.

- Ensuring BIM protocol is followed for all construction projects

- Collaborating with stakeholders and informing them about project goals, progress and BIM process

- Identifying and documenting construction planning, drawing & management processes

- Coordinating data modeling, management process, and the project team

Requirements

- Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

- Experience in Revit Archi

- Experience in M&E Modelling

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Condo/HDB/LTA projects
