Job summary

DLM Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeler in Singapore to ensure ACMV drawings and specifications align with project requirements by creating and modifying engineering designs and models.

You will assist in BIM modeling, prepare drawings, and support engineers and managers through the project lifecycle, maintaining up-to-date drafting techniques and BIM standards while handling multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of related working experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and procedures.
• Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and productively under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinator in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status using BIM modeling, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
• Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects from sketches or notes.
• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages for reproduction.
• Determine material quantities and enter figures on materials lists.
• Explain drawings to production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
