Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeler for M&E/Industrial Projects to develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. You will prepare detailed 3D models for M&E systems and coordinate across disciplines to resolve conflicts.

You will also produce shop and construction drawings from BIM models and update models for site changes, ensuring compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for M&E, process piping, and building services.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Update BIM models to reflect site modifications and revised drawings.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Support project coordination and documentation to help timely completion.

• Develop and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, process piping and associated building services.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with various engineering disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings based on BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Update BIM models according to site modifications, revised drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, established standards and quality requirements.
• Support project coordination and documentation to facilitate timely project completion.
