Job summary

Annexion Partners Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based international digital construction and engineering consultancy, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to coordinate and manage BIM models across disciplines.

You will implement BIM workflows, run clash detections, liaise with project teams, and ensure BEP compliance to deliver accurate, coordinated drawings and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding of A/E/M systems integration.
• Familiarity with BEP and BIM standards.
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360 advantageous.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D and VDC workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across disciplines to ensure design alignment.
• Perform BIM clash detection and resolution using Revit, Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to resolve design issues.
• Develop and maintain BIM models per BEP and modelling standards.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash reports.
• Support preparation of drawings, coordination deliverables and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are updated throughout design and construction.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows and 4D/5D processes.

Job description

We are partnering with an international digital construction and engineering consultancy specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and innovative digital project delivery solutions in their search for a BIM Coordinator. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, infrastructure, healthcare and industrial developments, the company leverages advanced technologies to enhance design coordination, optimise construction efficiency and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilites:

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models across Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
• Perform BIM model coordination, clash detection and resolution using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to identify and resolve design discrepancies and technical coordination issues.
• Develop, review and maintain BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and established modelling standards.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, prepare clash detection reports and track the resolution of outstanding coordination issues.
• Support the preparation of coordinated drawings, shop drawings, construction documentation and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables throughout the design and construction stages, ensuring models remain accurate and updated.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows, 3D visualisation and 4D/5D BIM processes to enhance project planning and delivery.
• Provide technical support to BIM Modellers and project teams, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange and effective digital project delivery.

Key qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination within the construction, engineering or consultancy sector.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with experience in BIM clash detection, coordination and model management.
• Good understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP systems and their integration within building projects.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans and coordination workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms would be advantageous.
• Exposure to 4D/5D BIM, digital construction workflows or VDC methodologies would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, technical problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
