Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM department and oversee the deployment of BIM resources across the design, construction and handover phases. You will drive the adoption of BIM and digital construction technologies to create BIMs for architecture, engineering and construction projects.

BIM Manager is responsible for the overall BIM department and its operations.
Manage and lead deployment of BIM resources effectively.
Implement all the procedures in BIM and digital construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.
Leads and supports the use of technology to create BIMs in architecture, engineering and construction sector
Implement, track and drive productivity KPIs
Responsible for all new hiring, i.e, interviews, skills test and induction, engagement and assessment
Adherence to safety practices in the work place.Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members positively
Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations, adept with conflict resolution and problem solving.
Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
Minimum 10 years’ experience in projects with contract value minimum of 100 million, preferably to have been full time assigned on project or has led a major aspect of the project.
Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity
Strong communication and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skills
Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement
Proficient in the understanding of the requirements of relevant authorities (ie BCA, SCDF, LTA)
Proficient in technical knowledge of construction and materials.
