Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, governance, and digital delivery across projects. The role sets BIM standards, workflows, and information management to meet project and client goals.

You will lead BIM teams, oversee compliance and quality audits, manage CDE platforms, and drive implementation aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements. Training and collaboration with stakeholders are included.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years BIM experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering BIM across multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and BIM collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP, CDE, and information management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategy, standards, and governance across projects.
• Establish BEP, BIM protocols, workflows, and information management procedures.
• Lead project BIM teams including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Oversee BIM compliance, model quality audits, and project BIM deliverables.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and digital collaboration processes.
• Drive BIM implementation aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination, constructability reviews, and digital project delivery initiatives.
• Support 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM workflows where required.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders on BIM requirements.
• Provide BIM training, mentoring, and competency development for project teams.
• Monitor emerging technologies including Digital Twin, VDC, ACC, and digital handover solutions.
• Support tender submissions and business development activities involving BIM and digital delivery.

• Lead project BIM teams including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.


• Oversee BIM compliance, model quality audits, and project BIM deliverables.


• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and digital collaboration processes.


• Drive BIM implementation aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline.


• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a BIM leadership role.


• Proven experience managing BIM delivery across multiple projects.


• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and BIM collaboration tools.


• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE), and information management practices.


• Familiar with BCA BIM requirements, CORENET submissions, and Singapore regulatory frameworks.


• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, libraries, and governance frameworks.


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.


• Experience in Data Centres, Mission Critical Facilities, Healthcare, Industrial, or large-scale commercial developments is preferred.


• Professional BIM certifications and Autodesk certifications will be an advantage.
