Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years BIM coordination/management experience.
• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM e-submission processes, including CORENET X requirements.
• Proficient in core BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, comprising BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Manage the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead BIM implementation, establish BIM standards, and oversee modelling workflows and methodologies throughout the design, construction, and handover stages of projects.
• Promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies to support integrated project delivery.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain BIM strategies and execution plans.
• Review and provide guidance on BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM team operations, drive BIM implementation, and oversee model coordination and data exchange across multidisciplinary project stakeholders. The role involves developing BIM standards and workflows, managing project BIM strategies, and ensuring model quality, collaboration, and timely delivery throughout the design, construction, and handover stages.

Work location: West area, Clementi area

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferably recognized by BOA/BCA)
• At least 8 years of relevant BIM coordination and management experience, preferably in residential projects.
• Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission processes, including CORENET X requirements and guidelines.
• Proficient in core BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Self-motivated, able to take responsibility, and capable of working under pressure.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
