Job summary

pa projects pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM-focused projects and ensure adherence to industry standards. You will write BIM Execution Plans, integrate BIM into IDD, VDC and IPD, and manage multidisciplinary coordination including 4D/5D planning and cost estimating.

You will oversee the BIM team, mentor staff, guide architects on BIM strategies, troubleshoot model issues, and plan project delivery with efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
