Job summary

paid studio llp is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager in Singapore to lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring standards and project requirements are met. You will write BIM Execution Plans, integrate BIM into IDD/VDC/IPD, and coordinate with clients and consultants.

You will oversee 4D/5D coordination, troubleshoot model issues, and mentor the BIM team. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of Singapore BIM Standards are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM or Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant BIM management experience.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
• Strong drive to stay updated with BIM developments and continual improvement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
• Capable of working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
