Job summary

CHIU TENG CONSTRUCTION CO. PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BIM professional to lead BIM implementation, setup and detailing for building projects. You will manage construction-model workflows, submittals, and schedules while enforcing BIM standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in construction, a BIM/VDC certification, and strong command of Revit and AutoCAD. Roles require close collaboration with clients and regulators to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in Building & Construction, preferably HDB (BTO).
• BIM or VDC certification or training.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BIM implementation plan, processes and workflow to ensure data deliverables.
• Assist project team in BIM project setup, modelling and detailing.
• Manage construction phase for submittals, models, shop drawings and schedules.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows and methodologies.
• Provide QC for completeness and adherence to company standards of drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, team, subcontractors and statutory bodies.

Job description

• Maintain BIM implementation plan, process and workflow to ensure BIM data meets project deliverables
• Assist project team in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing
• Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules
• Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced
• Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, project team, subcontractors and relevant statutory bodies

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 -7 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
• Must possess relevant BIM or VDC (Diploma or Training Certification)
• Able to work with minimum supervision and able to manage tight deadline.
• Familiar with the latest versions of Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software applications
• Experience in managing key projects, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams
