Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of BIM modeling experience for MEP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP) and 2D AutoCAD; Navisworks for clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM standards, workflows, execution plans, and best practices across projects.
• Lead, train and mentor BIM engineers and modelers for on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate MEP BIM models with other disciplines and perform clash detection.
• Review BIM models for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on Revit modeling when needed.
• Support BIM deliverables including shop drawings, as-built models, and reports.
• Manage model data, file structures, and version control in a Common Data Environment.
• Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
