Job summary

Addcel Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Leader to implement company BIM standards, mentor engineers, and coordinate MEP models with other disciplines.

You will perform clash detection, review models for compliance, and provide technical guidance to project teams, including hands-on Revit modeling when needed. This role focuses on delivering accurate BIM deliverables and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of BIM modeling experience for MEP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution plans across projects.
• Lead, manage, train and mentor BIM Engineers and Modelers for timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate MEP BIM models with other disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and manage coordination with Navisworks.
• Review and audit BIM models for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams.
• Hands-on Revit modeling to ensure timely BIM delivery when required.
• Support preparation of BIM deliverables including shop drawings and as-built models.
• Manage model data, file structures, and version control in a Common Data Environment (e.g., BIM 360).
• Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with stakeholders.

• Step in to perform hands‑on Revit modeling to ensure timely BIM delivery when required.
• Support the preparation of BIM deliverables, including shop drawings, as-built models, and reports.
• Manage model data, file structures, and version control within a Common Data Environment (e.g., BIM 360).
• Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Autocad 2D is essential.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Good understanding of MEP design principles and construction workflows.
