Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. client is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter / BIM Modeler to develop BIM models, produce technical drawings, and support design coordination across multiple project stages.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The role focuses on creating accurate 3D BIM models, generating 2D drawings and schedules, and maintaining BIM standards while supporting pre-sales and post-sales

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of related experience in Engineering & Building or Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post-sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Our client is an engineering service provider which specializes in providing a wide range of entrance solutions. They offer various products and services related to automated entrance systems, such as Automatic Doors, Industrial Doors, Entrance Automation and Service and Maintenance and so on. Currently, they are looking for a BIM Modeller to join them.

Job Details

• Salary range: $3000-$3800(depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5.30pm)

• Working Location: Ubi (Central)

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, producing technical drawings, and supporting project coordination throughout various stages of design and construction.
