Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a BIM Drafter / BIM Modeler to develop and manage BIM models for construction projects in Singapore. The role requires strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a minimum of 5 years in BIM modelling or drafting within the building industry.

You will produce 3D BIM models, generate 2D drawings and construction documents, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post- sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

• Salary Range: $2,800 to $3,500 + VB

• Company Industry: Access solutions, security and entrance automation

• Working Location: Ubi Ave

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
