Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models for project execution.

You will produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings, and generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance, perform model reviews and clash detection,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or similar role in construction/building.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization/rendering tools such as SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows in public industrial and hyperscale data centres.

Responsibilities

$2,800 to $3,500

Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Requirement

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
