Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop, maintain, and update BIM models for project execution.

You will produce accurate 3D models and detailed drawings, generate 2D drawings and schedules for tender and construction, and ensure proper documentation for submissions. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, perform clash detection, and support site coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion) preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, especially in Public industrial and hyperscale data centres.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Requirement

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
