The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM specialist to develop, maintain and update Building Information Models for project execution.

You will produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings, and generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes. Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling, drafting or similar experience in construction/building industries.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with visualization tools such as SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows in industrial data centres.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings per requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders for design accuracy.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to Sales during pre-sales and post-sales discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) for project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models and detailed technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models for tender and construction purposes.
• Ensure all drawings and models are properly documented and prepared for project submissions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and project compliance.
• Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Support project site coordination activities when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-sales presentations and post sales project discussions.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Requirement

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or a similar role within the construction or building industry
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with visualization and rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows particularly in Public industrial and hyperscale data centres
