Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Design Engineer to develop coordinated BIM models for MEP, infrastructure and data centre projects.

You will bridge engineering and digital modelling to ensure accurate layouts, sizing and multidisciplinary coordination from design through construction. The role involves modeling in Revit/Navisworks, performing clash detection, producing submissions, and supporting project teams with shop drawings and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/building services or related discipline.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD).
• Experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for MEP systems per project requirements.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and layout planning for piping and cabling.
• Prepare and maintain coordinated BIM models across project stages; conduct clash detection.
• Produce drawings, schedules and submission documents; maintain records and BEP compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams, resolve RFIs and support site coordination during construction.
