Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading BIM teams across design and construction projects.
• Proven application of ISO 19650 on live projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM documentation (BEPs, MIDPs, TIDPs).
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and MEP systems.
• Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Practical knowledge of COBie and asset information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Apply B&W BIM strategy, standards and protocols at project level.
• Align BIM delivery with project objectives in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure project teams follow BIM standards and workflows.
• Monitor BIM workflows, identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Provide delivery feedback to support continuous improvement of BIM processes.
• Formally accept or reject information deliveries on behalf of the Appointed Party.
• Lead BIM coordination activities and reviews.
• Act as the primary BIM contact for client and external stakeholders.
