Job summary
a-star testing & inspection (s) pte. ltd. seeks a senior BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, standards, and execution across multi-disciplinary teams for construction-stage projects.
You will establish BIM processes, create project frameworks, and drive IDD/VDC/IPD initiatives to ensure efficient delivery. With 10+ years in BIM management and a proven track record delivering at least two Project BIM Execution Plans, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and mentor less-experienced
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or equivalent.
- Certified BIM Management course completed.
- 10+ years of BIM management experience in relevant industry.
- 5+ years BIM management during construction with at least two Project BIM Execution Plans.
- Strong multi-discipline understanding across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical domains.
- Experience in project management and coordination on large or complex projects.
- Strong independent working capability and fast-paced environment adaptation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and related BIM tools.
- Practical knowledge of IDD, VDC and IPD concepts.
