Job summary

Ronnie & Koh Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery and BIM coordination within our Civil & Structural design practice in Singapore. You will ensure high-quality BIM outputs, compliance with authority requirements, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.

You will oversee BIM implementation, review models for accuracy, develop BEPs, and train staff on BIM tools and best practices to improve constructability and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; ability to lead BIM coordination.
• Familiar with civil & structural design processes and digital submission requirements.
• Experience with Corenet X is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to train staff on BIM tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM implementation for C&S design projects meeting requirements.
• Review and validate BIM models submitted by internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead or participate in BIM coordination meetings, including clash detection and issue tracking.
• Develop, update, and enforce BEP, digital delivery protocols, and BIM guidelines.
• Support engineers with BIM insights to improve design coordination and constructability.
• Manage digital submissions for authorities.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and project partners on BIM deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance internal BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on BIM tools and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to leaddigital delivery and BIM coordination within our Civil & Structural(C&S) design consultancy. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality BIMoutputs, compliance with authority requirements, and effective coordinationacross multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM implementation for C&S design projects, ensuring prepared models meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate structural and civil BIM models submitted by internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead/ participate in BIM coordination meetings, including clash detection, issue tracking, and digital design alignment.
• Develop, update, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), digital delivery protocols, and project BIM guidelines.
• Support structural and civil engineers with BIM insights that improve design coordination, constructability, and project delivery efficiency.
• Manage digital submissions for authorities, ensuring compliance with required formats and standards.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and project partners on BIM deliverables and digital submission requirements.
• Maintain and enhance internal BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on BIM tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows relevant to structural and civil engineering.
• Good understanding of C&S design processes, CDE, digital delivery standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management.
• Familiarity with local authority submission requirements, including digital formats for structural and civil submissions.
• Experience with Corenet X digital submission system is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with engineers, clients, and project teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement in BIM and digital engineering practices.
