Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop and maintain detailed BIM models aligned with project specs and design docs. You will work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and resolve clashes during construction.

You will also produce 3D visuals and simulations for stakeholders and help develop BIM execution plans and standards, while staying current with BIM software trends and advancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / Architecture or equivalent.
• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Revit modelling.
• Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.
• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.
