Job summary

Qualifications
- Expert in Revit and AutoCAD with hands-on shop drawing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of BIM coordination in design or construction.
- Familiar with Singapore Building & Construction regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversees BIM process across design/construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve BIM-related conflicts.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and technical meetings.
- Ensure BIM execution plans are produced and maintained.
- Liaise with authorities to resolve design discrepancies.
