Job summary

Singapore Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Coordination Specialist to lead architectural, civil and structural BIM activities across projects.

You will oversee clash detection, model verification, and documentation to support timely delivery. In this role you will coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project standards while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in architectural drafting.
• 3+ years in Architectural/Civil/Structural BIM projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience with combined services drawings (CSD).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate reports to resolve conflicts.
• Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage.
• Check BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve BIM-related issues promptly.
